Kividemaa cycling trail (68 km)

Private forestry works are taking place near the intersection of the
cycling trail
and the Harju-Risti - Riguldi - Võntküla road (on the 39th km). Please be careful and follow the local instructions.
The cycling trail runs on the lands of Noarootsi and Nõva. It is possible to take the shorter track of 32 km or the longer one, 68 km. The trail goes along different types of road (tarmac, gravel or dirt roads). You will see the new densely populated area around Spithami – Põõsaspea and experience the tranquil rhythm of life and the Swedish atmosphere of Rooslepa, you will be on your own with the forest and the rocks on lonely forest tracks.

Amenities | The trail is also
passable by car. Go towards the Spithami peninsula in the west, then along
forest roads to Dirhami, drive through Rooslepa village (breccias) and Tuksi
village. There the trail turns into the forest and goes through Saunamaa to the
Veskijõe River. On the main road the trail takes a turn to the south and heads
towards Küremaa. |

erratic boulders and breccias from the Neugrund meteorite crater along the
trail. |

Driving directions | Drive 47 km from Tallinn
through Keila towards Haapsalu and turn right at the Määra road junction (sign
“Nõva 29 km”). Drive through Nõva for 3.2 km towards Haapsalu, turn right at the
Peraküla bus stop and drive 1.9 km to Peraküla village. In the centre of
Peraküla follow the sign “RMK Nõva külastuskeskus” to the right. The cycling
trail starts at the Visitor Centre. |
